- Organize and supervise all aspects of mechanical work for multi-brand light vehicles,
- Assist the Service Manager with front line customer work, other relevant admin functions, and workshop tasks management
- Ensure staff productivity through coaching, delegation, effective team management and efficient scheduling of jobs
- Attend to and assisting to resolve any customers' concerns for an excellent overall service experience.

- Trade Qualification: Light Motor Mechanic
- Work history in automotive retail service industry
- Previous experience leading a team
